Our Litigation team, headed by Senator Kevin Boyce, is mandated to approach each case with a fresh perspective and to always look for opportunities to resolve conflicts successfully in a cost-efficient and effective way.
Within this mandate, we have successfully carried to full trial many cases, yet we have also had considerable success at employing alternative dispute resolution techniques on behalf of our clients.
While our clients include several large national, multinational and international companies, we are equally adept at representing small companies, government agencies and individuals, many of whom turn to us for quality representation and well considered advice at a reasonable cost.
