Intellectual Property
CGF’s Intellectual Property Department, headed by Partner Rosalind Smith Millar SC, expertly advises and assists our clients in all areas of intellectual property, particularly trademarks, patents, industrial designs and IP asset transfers, with a heavy focus on trademark filings and PCT national phase entries and maintenance.
Rosalind brings to the department her enviable and considerable experience and formal training including, but not limited to, a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law and a certificate in Patent Law -Global Public Health from Harvard Law School.
Additionally, she chaired the Barbados Government’s Advisory Committee on Intellectual Property for several years and continues to serve on that committee.
