The CGF Team Spirit 

At CGF, we believe that a strong team is the foundation of our success. Our Staff Committee brings us together through a variety of engaging events throughout the year.

From lively picnics and festive Independence activities to observances of Pinktober, International Men’s Day, and International Women’s Day, we make sure there’s always something to look forward to.

One of our most anticipated events is our Sports Day, where staff compete in houses – Yellow (Golden Lions), Red (Red Scorpions), Blue (Blue Blazers), and Green (Green Energy). For four consecutive years, Green Energy has claimed the championship, showcasing the spirit of friendly competition that thrives here. Points are accumulated throughout the year, with the ultimate champion crowned at our year-end celebration.

To add a bit of rhythm to our routine, Coach Andrea offers line dancing lessons on most Friday evenings, giving our team a fun way to unwind and connect. At CGF, we’re not just colleagues – we’re a community.
