CGF represented the owners of One Barbados Place, Warrens, St. Michael in the transaction in which Proven Properties (Barbados) Limited then joined as an equal joint venture partner in the ownership of this Class A commercial building.

CGF also acted on behalf of Republic Bank (Barbados) Limited, with which Proven Properties (Barbados) Limited worked, in the financing for the deal.
