Ralph A. M. Edghill

Ralph Edghill is a Senior Associate in our Firm’s Property Department. Upon graduating The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in 2015, Ralph obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree (Hons.). He continued his legal training at the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago where he obtained a Legal Education Certificate in 2017 and was called to the Bar in Barbados in that same year.

He joined the Firm in 2017 with a keen interest in real estate law and commercial financing and since joining, has garnered significant experience in those areas, and in other areas such as estate law. He advises clients in matters involving registered and unregistered conveyancing, the sale and purchase of shares in property holding companies, commercial and residential leases, secured lending, project finance, claims for ownership of land under Title Proceedings legislation and estate planning and administration, to name a few.

Ralph’s client-focused approach as a legal service provider allows him to put himself in the shoes of our clients to understand their specific goals and needs, and what is the most efficient (cost, timing and/or strategic) means of reaching that goal or solving that problem.
