Kevin J. Boyce
Kevin Boyce leads our Firm’s Litigation Department, which was started by his predecessor Mr. Ramon Alleyne, SC in 2002. Since 2002 the Department has grown from 2 lawyers to a complement of 4 partners with over 80 years combined experience, along with 4 associates. The Department now constitutes one of the largest and most experienced commercial litigation groupings on the island and has shown its ability to handle multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
Kevin’s practice is mainly in the field of commercial and civil litigation with an active cross border practice. He prides himself on his responsiveness, attention to detail and ability to utilize logistic practices to support his clients’ objectives. Kevin believes that the provision of adequate resources and support for team members is a priority and that these are key ingredients in the Litigation Department’s successful track record. The final ingredient he says is simply: “We outwork the other side”.
