Katesha L. Brathwaite

Katesha Brathwaite is a Senior Legal Secretary in our Firm’s Litigation Department. Katesha joined the team in November 2010. Her knowledge area includes civil and commercial litigation, mortgage enforcement, debt collection and insolvency proceedings.

As a Litigation Secretary, Katesha interacts with the staff of the Supreme Court Registry, the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Smart Technology, as well as our many clients and assists with trial preparation and coordinating the filing and serving of legal documents, to name a few.

Katesha’s formative years, prior to joining our Firm, were spent in the insurance industry as an Administrative Assistant. It is during this time that she developed a go-to set of skills which complements her friendly and approachable nature.

Katesha is currently enrolled in the EDM-GM program at The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill School of Business.
