The Corporate Department, headed by Partner Gillian Clarke, works with both domestic and international clients to provide well thought out and timely legal and support services in the key areas of mergers and acquisitions, financing, project finance, corporate restructuring, securities law, company law, and corporate entity formation. As a one-stop legal shop we also perform services on any of the other wide-ranging needs of our impressive client list. These clients include many of the international banks which provide project finance to multi-national corporations with interests in a wide range of industries, from mining to shipping to technology research and development and licensing.

Gillian’s client base consists primarily of multinational clients in the international financial services sector while her team includes attorneys and highly experienced corporate administrators. They are ably backed up by our Database Manager, who is responsible for keeping electronic and hard copy minute books up to date.

This experienced team certainly have the backs of their clients to ensure that their Barbados entities are in full compliance in all respects with the legislative regime in Barbados.
