She is the firm’s representative to the International Trademark Association and the Intellectual Property Caribbean Association.
Rosalind is a former President of the Barbados Bar Association and has served on the Bar Council in various capacities throughout her career, displaying strong advocacy on behalf of the profession on a range of issues. She serves as a member of the Judicial Council and Rules Committee of the Supreme Court of Judicature. She has also served on the National Intellectual Property Advisory Committee, holding the chairmanship for several years.

She firmly believes in the value of continuing professional development and not only seeks out opportunities for her personal growth and development but regularly presents seminars on topics within her practice areas to young practitioners. She generally oversees the firm’s annual internship programme, instructing law students on the practice of law as a business and as a profession.
