Jason O. Wilkinson

Jason Wilkinson is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Department, having joined the Firm in 2023.

Jason advises local and international clients on cross-border financing transactions, acquisitions, registration of private and commercial aircraft, business entity formation and corporate law generally.

Jason earned the Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago in 2015 and was admitted to the Barbados Bar later that year. Jason also holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking & Finance (2010), Bachelor of Laws (2013), a Master of Laws (2022) and a Masters in Business Administration (2022).

Outside of law, Jason is passionate about physical activity. He spends his free time engaging in resistance training as well as various forms of aerobic exercise. Jason regularly participates in competitive football and is the captain of his futsal team. In addition to sports, Jason engages in do-it-yourself projects on the weekends with a focus on home improvement and automotive customization and maintenance.
